Terms and Conditions

The voucher must be presented on arrival at the spa.

Validity of the voucher: 12 months from the date of purchase.

The Thalasso & Spa Centre will be closed from 15.06.2025 to 29.06.2025 inclusive for annual maintenance. The Gym, the treatment rooms and hairdresser will not be affected by such closure.

Reservations must be made 72 hours before redeeming this voucher, by calling +34 928 84 95 95 82 or sending an email to infospa@hotelcostacalero.es.

Once the booking has been confirmed, no changes or refunds are allowed and the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
