Once the booking has been confirmed, no changes or refunds are allowed.
The voucher must be presented on arrival at the hotel.
Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Day Pass NOT redeemable at Easter, from 01 July to 31 August, Christmas and New Year's Eve.
The Thalasso & Spa Centre will be closed from 09.12. to 15.12.2024 inclusive for annual maintenance. The Gym, the treatment rooms and hairdresser will not be affected by such closure.
