Swimming pools and Gardens
Lanzarote, with its exceptional climatic conditions, makes it possible for the Hotel Costa Calero Thalasso & Spa to have 27,000m2 of gardens with tropical and native vegetation, which have been designed with special care.
In the middle of this tropical paradise, there are different solariums with sunbeds and parasols, as well as 4 swimming pools (one with seawater, two freshwater pools, and the children's pool). Enjoy the magnificent swimming pools of the Hotel Costa Calero Thalasso & Spa all year round, prepared for both leisure and sports training.
Gardens
Special emphasis and care was given to the landscaping project surrounding the hotel, which, with its native and tropical vegetation, is a 27,000m2 paradise. A wide variety of species predominate here, including royal palms, feathery coconuts, coconut nucifera and palmitus, as well as washingtorias and Phoenix dactylifera palms, as well as climbing plants and shade bushes. There are also aromatic plants such as rosemary and red pepper, as well as large lawns.
Our Swimming Pools
La Salina
La Salina, a 40-metre long seawater pool with swimming lanes and solarium. It also has an artificial white sandy beach with sunbeds and palm trees.
It is heated in winter, 01.11-30.04 (20ºC-21ºC).
El Jameo
El Jameo, freshwater pool, heated in winter, 01.11-30.04 (23ºC-24ºC), is surrounded by a solarium with lawn and palm trees. Above it flows the pool "La Cascada".
La Cascada
Fresh water swimming pool with a large sunbathing area with sun loungers and sunshades to enjoy Lanzarote's sun.
Children's pool
The freshwater paddling pool, located next to the La Salina and heated in winter, 01.11-30.04. (23ºC-24ºC), is 0.40m deep.
Thalasso & Spa
The Thalasso & Spa Centre is the perfect place to relax body and soul.
The 2-hour Spa circuit has an Active pool with more than 300 cubic metres of seawater, at a temperature of approximately 32ºC. You can also enjoy the Sauna, Turkish Bath, Chromotherapy and four Thermal Baths with different temperatures for thermal contrasts.
Facial and body treatments; massages and special programmes which take your Thalasso & Spa experience to the highest level of relaxing and wellbeing.
Opening hours are from 9:00 am to 08:30 pm from Monday to Sunday.
Fitness Centre
If wished, you can continue your training routine during your holidays.
We provide our guests with a full range of cardiovascular and weight training equipment.
Opening hours: 07:00 am to 08:30 pm
